*Exped Outdoors Ltd reserves the right to charge more for international customers whose orders exceed 2 kg in weight, in these cases we will contact the customer first to obtain permission before proceeding.

With all overseas orders we will contact the customer to ensure full postage cost have been received before processing any orders.

Delivery
BFPO postage is available to HM Forces serving at a British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address. To use this service, your location must have a BFPO address, if you do not know this address, please contact BFPO Customer Care Service on 08457 69 79 78. If you are sending items to addresses which have not been assigned a BFPO address, you must use international service at normal civilian rates.

Exped Outdoors will not be held responsible for any delays/damages due to third party carriers, nor will we entertain any claims for compensation where the carrier fails to deliver at an agreed time. Any claims for damages to property caused by any third party carrier must be taken up with them directly.

Distance Selling regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order (prior to shipment, see cancellation terms below) for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to Special order items or items made to your specification; perishable goods (e.g. food/supplements) goods purchased instore etc.

Order Cancellation/ Refused Deliveries
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by Exped Outdoors. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you are responsible for all outward & return carriage costs.

If a carrier cannot deliver the goods for any reason and these are returned to us and the goods are still required by the customer, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-delivery of the goods.

Exchanges or Returns
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO Exped Outdoors. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS FAULTY. Our exchange and return policy is simple. If within 7 days you wish to return or exchange an item, call Exped Outdoors, to authorise a return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid unused and must arrive in like new condition in the original boxes, you must contact Exped Outdoors within 10 Days from the day after you receive your shipment in order to receive return authorisation. You will be charged for items received back that when inspected have been found to have been used. In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part within the item, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Please note, goods purchased instore are exchanged at the managers discretion. If a return is required once the item has been dispatched due to change of mind or a wrong selection, then a 15% admin/re-stocking fee may be payable.

Exped Outdoors will not issue refunds on the following items due to Health & Hygiene reasons: Underwear, Fuels, Grade 1 footwear, First Aid Kits or Camouflage Nets. Refunds on new footwear will be issued providing the footwear is in a resalable condition and has not been worn outside.

Shortages or Damages
YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. UNDER THE TERMS OF WARRANTY YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY FAULTY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO Exped Outdoors. When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive & look for any damage. It is noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to the packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS “UNEXAMINED” OR “UNCHECKED” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You must cross out delivered in good condition from the carrier's delivery note. It is Very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order in good condition. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Exped Outdoors within 48 hours of signing. Neither Exped Outdoors nor the carrier can be held responsible for shortages or damages if you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. All damage and shortage claims must be filed with the carrier; therefore Exped Outdoors are subject to the Carriers terms and conditions. Questions regarding shortages and damages call Exped Outdoors.

Collections/Faulty Products
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, items must be packed in the original packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect. Once the items are received back at Exped Outdoors, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product. Please note that if the product is found on inspection NOT to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. Please note that if proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs. In the event of special order items that are received faulty, we will of course rectify this by either replacing the faulty part within the item, or if the entire product is faulty, a full replacement will be sent. Please note: You will be required to contact the manufacturer/supplier direct for any service issues or faults with your product as this gives the quickest response.
